Reflections of the past 803: Superb pic of the KGV Dock entrance, Silvertown from 1953.
As you may be able to tell from the fold in the centre it taken is from the superb book The East End: Then and Now by Winston Ramsey, writes Colin Grainger.

The original picture was taken by a Port of London Authority photographer.
